Iraqi couple charged for keeping, abusing Yazidi girls as slaves in Germany

German federal prosecutors on Monday charged an Iraqi couple with enslavement, torture, and war crimes, alleging they enslaved two young Yazidi girls and subjected them to brutal physical and sexual abuse. 

 Prosecutors stated that the couple identified as Twana H.S. and Asia R.A in line with German privacy rules, were members of the Islamic State group in Iraq and Syria between October 2015 and December 2017, news agency Associated Press reported. 

They allegedly enslaved a 5-year-old Yazidi girl in late 2015 and a 12-year-old Yazidi girl starting in October 2017. They were arrested in Bavaria in April.

According to the charges, the man committed repeated sexual assaults on both girls, whilst the woman facilitated these acts by preparing the room and applying makeup to one victim.

21 House Dems Demand Biden Aid Black Klansman

18 members of the Congressional Black Caucus, along with Rep. Rashida Tlaib and two other non-black members, signed a letter asking Biden to exonerate America’s first black Klansman. The letter does not mention that Marcus Garvey had allied with the KKK, admired Hitler, told his followers to read Mein Kampf and declared, “what the Negro needs is a Hitler.” It also does not mention that Garvey had himself in mind for the job, that the self-proclaimed “Provisional President of Africa” wore imaginary military uniforms and sent his thugs to beat up black civil rights leaders before being expelled in disgrace after defrauding his followers. 

 Or that the charges of mail fraud that 21 House Democrats want to exonerate Garvey from were brought at the urging of black civil rights leaders of the day who demanded federal intervention. House Democrats are not the first to argue that Garvey was railroaded. After the trial, Garvey claimed that he had been convicted because of his allegiance to the KKK. In buffoonery worthy of Candace Owens, he argued that the judge (who was actually a Christian, but who Garvey falsely claimed was Jewish) believed that “I hated and was opposed to the Jews, because of my alleged membership in or connection with the Klu Klux Klan.” The best that can be said of the House Democrat letter is that it does not claim that the Jews had come after Garvey because of his ties to the KKK. 

The Messenger, the key publication of the Harlem Renaissance, acidly described Garvey as “the Black Imperial Wizard Becomes Messenger Boy of the White Klu Klux Kleagle.” Garvey argued, “between the Klu Klux Klan and the NAACP group, give me the Klan” and said, “you may call me a Klansman if you will.” 21 House Democrats also chose to stand with Garvey’s choice of the KKK over the NAACP. The House Democrat letter describes Garvey as an early civil rights leader who challenged “racial inequality” and “founded the Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA) to challenge racial inequality and inspired millions worldwide as a tireless advocate for black self-determination and economic independence.” It leaves off Garvey’s claim that “we were the first Fascists” and that, “Mussolini and Hitler copied the programme of the UNIA.”

 The 21 House Democrats did not comment on whether they liked Hitler’s economic program. Garvey (like the Nation of Islam) supported racial segregation and (also like the NOI and Malcolm X) was eager to ally with the KKK to fight the “vile efforts of the miscegenationists” who would allow black and white people to live together and marry each other. The House Democrat letter claims that “the evidence paints an abundantly clear narrative that the charges against Mr. Garvey were not only fabricated but also targeted to criminalize, discredit, and silence him as a civil rights leader.” No less a figure than W. E. B. DuBois in the NAACP’s Crisis magazine however exposed the fraud and shredded Garvey in his articles. “Marcus Garvey is, without doubt, the most dangerous enemy of the Negro race in America and in the world. He is either a lunatic or a traitor,” DuBois, one of the pivotal black figures of the age, famously wrote. “Every man who apologizes for or defends Marcus Garvey from this day forth writes himself down as unworthy of the countenance of decent Americans. As for Garvey himself, this open ally of the Ku Klux Klan should be locked up or sent home.” A century later, a sizeable section of the Congressional Black Caucus has signed on to a letter defending Garvey proving themselves, in DuBois’ words “unworthy of the countenance of decent Americans.” 

 The House Democrats imply that Garvey was framed by a racist government when it was actually black civil rights leaders, including A. Phillip Randolph, who later headed MLK’s March on Washington, who accused Garvey of murder and denounced him for having “ceaselessly and assiduously sought to spread among Negroes distrust and hatred of all white people” and urged that “the Attorney General use his full influence completely to extirpate this vicious movement.” How did Marcus Garvey go from a disgrace reviled by black civil rights leaders to a cause that black leaders now want to stand behind? Part of the answer is that while Garvey might have lost the battle, there’s no doubt that he won the war. ‘Garveyism’ or black nationalism in its various forms, which could be summed up as in The Friends of Negro Freedom letter, pushing “hatred of all white people” has come to dominate black politics from Al Sharpton to BLM to DEI. 

 Malcolm X’s parents had been former members of Garvey’s UNIA and the Nation of Islam traded UNIA’s fake costumed fascism for an equally absurd fake version of Islam. The Nation of Islam, like Garvey, allied with the KKK, opposed integration and became obsessed with the Jews. “I sat at the table myself with the heads of the Ku Klux Klan,” Malcolm X admitted. Garvey’s style of buffoonery can easily be seen in Malcolm X, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson, Sharpton and Black Lives Matter leaders who bluster, lie and make wild promises and threats, suppress rivals, and push racialism as the answer to everything.

 The fraudulent and fanatical model of Garvey’s movement that black civil rights leaders of the day denounced as “ministers without churches, physicians without patients, lawyers without clients, and publishers without readers, who are usually in search of easy money” has long since become the standard to such a degree that hardly any alternative to it even exists. Will Biden exonerate America’s leading black klansman? Almost certainly. President Calvin Coolidge had originally agreed to commute Garvey’s sentence and deport him back to Jamaica as a small gesture of appeasement to a black electorate disappointed over his failure to intervene against lynch mobs. 

The move did nothing to win over black voters, who were split between the black leftists who began drawing black voters to the Democrats and black rightists who were divided between intelligent conservatives and racialist lunatics. The racist lunatics and socialists eventually came together in a post-civil rights consensus embodied by the alliance between Farrakhan and Jesse Jackson, or even more perfectly in domestic terrorist groups like the Black Guerrilla Family, which fused Garveyism with Marxism-Leninism, and the more contemporary Black Lives Matter movement. 

 Over the winter, major corporations will pay tribute to Kwanzaa: a fake black nationalist holiday invented by a Garveyite who was sent to prison for torturing two women with a soldering iron. Exonerating an aspiring black Hitler who allied with the KKK for a crime he committed against black people and a conviction carried out at the behest of black civil rights leaders would simply acknowledge that there is no more civil rights movement, and Garveyism rules the Democrats. Garvey wrongly claimed that, “Mussolini and Hitler copied fascism from me”, but Democrats did copy Garvey’s racial nationalism, thuggism and terrorism. What does that say about them?

 It is welcome news that Sweden’s Aid Minister, Benjamin Dousa, has said that Sweden will no longer fund UNRWA, apparently satisfied with Israel’s evidence that it has been a HAMAS front. The Arabs there need not worry, though, because Sweden is going to increase the amount of its aid, only using other agencies.

Lucky for them. However, Israel could help itself by going further and attacking the very idea that the recipients of UNRWA largesse are “Palestinian refugees” entitled to such aid when there are virtually no refugees among them. And in any case, there is nothing Palestinian about them.

 The parents of a 13-year-old Black student at Ernest Lawrence Middle School in Chatsworth, California, are calling for the arrest of a white male parent who they say physically attacked their son outside the school while hurling racial slurs at him, causing serious injuries.

The family of Sal’Vyion “Sal” Torres, their attorney, and community activists held a press conference on Monday in front of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Devonshire police station to call out the school district and local police for their inaction.

“This is very disheartening for me,” said Adrina Torres, Sal’s mother. “My son was attacked by an adult in my community and as of now he has not been arrested.” She said her son “does not feel safe. We don’t understand why LAPD is not helping us at all. We want justice for my son.”

Torres and other parents said that on the afternoon of Dec. 6 Sal and two Hispanic friends walked out of the school to help a friend’s grandmother put some things in her car. While walking back to the school to rejoin the after-school program, they encountered John Morreale, the white father of an eighth grade classmate, standing next to his car near an entry gate.

Morreale began taunting the boys, saying, “What are you, a bunch of p-ssies?” according to Eliza Franklin, the mother of Sal’s friend Gregory King. The boys were puzzled by his comment, she said, and then Morreale, unprompted, approached Sal, grabbed him by the collar of his hoodie, threw him on the car and “began to pummel him.” Then Morreale slammed Sal’Vyion on the pavement and put his knee with all his body weight on the boy’s shoulder, neck and spine, restricting his ability to breathe, while repeatedly calling him “ni—er.”

As Sal was saying “I can’t breathe,” and his friends were calling for help, said Franklin, Morreale finally let up when an after-school program staff member appeared. Then he left the scene.

Salvador Torres, the boy’s father, told the San Fernando Sun that when he arrived at the school, his son was hysterical and crying out, “He wanted to kill me like George Floyd.”

Sal suffered a concussion, a head contusion, a neck sprain, and a knee injury, and was on crutches for a couple weeks following the incident, according to his mother.  Because he’s still limping, he has been missing out on basketball practices and games. He is also emotionally distressed, and has been waking up in the middle of the night, feeling anxious.

If it’s Tuesday, then it must be time for more cries of a fake famine in Gaza.

Gaza, as you know, has been starving to death now since Oct. 2023.

A year later, Gaza is notable for having some of the fattest starvation victims around.

The Biden administration, its congressional allies and the media have continued to lambast Israel for “blocking food” from entering Gaza despite undeniable evidence of a constant flow of food into Gaza.

But that only matters so much when the United Nations refuses to deliver it. Again.

Why isn’t the food being delivered? Because the United Nations only wants Hamas to be able to deliver it.

The New York Times comes closest to admitting what’s going on in its latest article on the topic.

“The U.N. agency for Palestinian refugees, UNRWA, said this month that it would no longer deliver aid through Kerem Shalom, the main border crossing between Israel and southern Gaza, because of the breakdown in law and order,” the Times reports.

“Hundreds of truckloads of relief are piling up at the crossing in part because aid groups fear they will be looted,” it explains.

Remember all the claims that UNRWA, which is filled top to bottom with terrorists, is the only thing standing between the Arab Muslim colony in Gaza and death?

UNRWA won’t even deliver food. Why not?

“The situation in Gaza deteriorated after the Israeli military invaded Rafah in May, seeking to oust Hamas from one of its final strongholds. Hamas’s security forces fled, and organized gangs—with no one stopping them—began intercepting aid trucks as they headed from the main border crossing into southern Gaza. They are stealing flour, oil and other commodities and selling them at astronomical prices, aid groups and residents say.

“The actual choice here is between the ‘armed gangs’ (many of whom consist of the same people as Hamas) taking the aid and reselling it at astronomical prices … or Hamas seizing the aid and reselling it at astronomical prices.”

And, unsurprisingly, the United Nations prefers that Hamas seize the aid.

A third option would be for Israel to provide security for food deliveries, but the United Nations rejects that.

“International aid workers have accused Israel of ignoring the problem and allowing looters to act with impunity.

“The United Nations does not allow Israeli soldiers to protect aid convoys, fearing that would compromise its neutrality, and its officials have called on Israel to allow the Gaza police, which are under Hamas’s authority, to secure their convoys.

“Israel, which seeks to uproot Hamas, accuses the group of stealing international aid and says that the police are just another arm of the militant group.”

The United Nations refuses to allow Israel to protect aid convoys. It wants only Hamas to protect them. Then it blames Israel when the convoys are raided because its goal is to preserve Hamas authority.

Read that again.

Rand Paul’s Festivus Report Exposes Fauci’s NIH Wasting Taxpayer’s Money on Barbaric Cat Experiments with Electroshock and Brain Mutilation

 Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has unleashed another scathing edition of his annual Festivus Report, a tradition that lays bare the federal government’s misuse of taxpayer dollars.

This year, Paul’s report shines a glaring spotlight on a deeply unsettling aspect of government spending—barbaric experiments on cats, funded by none other than Anthony Fauci’s National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Department of Defense (DOD).

According to the report, $1.5 million of taxpayer money has been funneled into barbaric experiments at the University of Pittsburgh.

“If you learned that your money is being used to electro-shock young kittens, torturing them for hours on end, and to the point that they vomit, would you believe it?” according to the report.

It continued, “Since 2019, $1,513,299 worth of taxpayer money has been going to these medieval-type experiments. This is not some distant, dystopian future; it’s happening right now at the University of Pittsburgh, courtesy of a grant from the NIH.”

The experiments, ostensibly designed to study motion sickness, involve the torture of young kittens. These defenseless animals, some as young as four months old, are subjected to horrific treatment, including:

• Electroshock therapy that causes uncontrollable vomiting.
• Spinning them on hydraulic tables to induce severe motion sickness.
• Brain mutilation, including drilling holes into their skulls and decerebrating them—leaving the kittens alive but completely devoid of cognitive function.

“In these nightmarish experiments, female kittens are the preferred victims, selected because they are supposedly more “amenable” to the relentless, inhumane treatment they’re subjected to.

These kittens, often just four to six months old, are first trained to endure long periods of restraint. They’re kept tied down for hours at a time and for weeks on end.

The goal? To force them into submission so that they no longer resist the torture that awaits them.

Once sufficiently “trained,” these kittens are strapped to a hydraulic table that tilts and spins them in all directions—side to side, up and down, and a full 360 degrees, sometimes completing an entire rotation in just five seconds, all in a gruesome effort to induce severe motion sickness. As if that wasn’t enough, their eyes are subjected to bright,flashing lights.

And if the spinning and lights don’t do the trick, researchers inject copper sulfate directly into their stomachs to guarantee that the kittens will vomit.

In an experiment that can only be described as medieval, some of these kittens have holes drilled into their skulls, allowing the researchers to lock their heads into place during the spinning and shocking.  But these aren’t just ordinary cats—they’re “zombified” before the real torment begins.

Survey: Democrats ‘Significantly’ More Likely to Slash Family Time During Holidays over Political Differences

 Democrat voters are more likely than Republicans to cut down on time spent with family members due to political differences, a post-election survey showed as the holidays ramp up.

The Public Religion Research Institute’s (PRRI) survey posted on December 13 found that “As the holidays approach … Democratic voters (23%) are nearly five times as likely as Republican voters (5%) to say they will be spending less time with certain family members because of their political views.”

PRRI President and Founder Robert P. Jones told Axios, “It may be tense around the Hanukkah and Christmas table. It’s not just that we’re disagreeing about abortion or we’re disagreeing about taxes or even immigration… but we’re disagreeing about a fundamental worldview and about identity.”

He also told the outlet he has heard that some people who will gather with their families for the holidays are agreeing beforehand not to talk about politics during their time together.

The PRRI survey noted:

The survey was conducted among a representative sample of 5,772 adults (age 18 and up) living in all 50 states in the United States, who are part of Ipsos’s KnowledgePanel. Interviews were conducted online between November 8 and December 2, 2024. The margin of error for the full sample is +/- 1.72 percentage points at the 95% level of confidence.

In November, a CBS News/YouGov survey found that while Trump voters are more open to talking about politics at the Thanksgiving dinner table following his election win, Americans overall would rather avoid the subject, per Breitbart News.

UPDATE 1700: Prosecutors have announced that the suspect has been charged with five counts of murder and 200 counts of attempted murder with dangerous bodily harm. They revealed that one of the slain victims was a nine year old child and that 41 people were seriously injured and, therefore, the death count may continue to rise, Welt reports.

North Carolina Pastor Reaches $4.4 Million Settlement with Town Over Wrongful Arrest Lawsuit

 A pastor reached a $4.4 million settlement last week with the city of Winterville, North Carolina, over a wrongful arrest lawsuit, according to The National Registry of Exonerations.

Darron Carmon, the pastor at Greater Village Gate Church in Woodville, North Carolina, and Rebuild Christian Center Church in Winterville, contended he was wrongfully convicted of a robbery with a dangerous weapon charge in 1994, according to a statement from North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper.  Carmon was 19 at the time of the conviction and served eight years in state prison.

In 2022, his conviction was overturned by the Pitt County Superior Court, the statement said.

Then in March 2023, Carmon filed a civil lawsuit against Winterville and several of its police officers. He sought compensation for his wrongful conviction and argued the officers withheld crucial evidence in the case against him.

Last month, Governor Cooper issued a pardon of innocence for the pastor.

Vatican removes Palestinian keffiyeh Nativity scene amid backlash

 After the display raised a few eyebrows, the Vatican appears to have removed a Nativity scene that showed baby Jesus lying on a keffiyeh, the traditional scarf used as a national symbol by Palestinians that anti-Israel activists have donned at their protests. 

The keffiyeh manger scene first appeared in the Paul VI Hall on Dec. 7. Pope Francis prayed before the display on the same day he met with the artists and donors responsible for the Vatican’s Christmas decorations.

As of Wednesday, the keffiyeh, manger and infant Jesus have been removed from the nativity scene, The Associated Press reported. At the time of reporting, the Vatican did not provide a reason for the removal.

The promise of a college degree once symbolized the golden ticket to upward mobility, better-paying jobs, and long-term career stability... However, over the past few decades, the relationship between higher education and the job market has drastically changed. With rising student debt, a saturated labor force, and increasing rates of underemployment and unemployment, many now ask the critical question: Is college worth it? Historically, earning a college degree was associated with specialized knowledge and guaranteed access to better job opportunities. However, as more people began pursuing higher education, the market became oversaturated with degrees, diluting their value. What used to be an advantage has turned into a requirement for even entry-level positions, many of which did not traditionally demand a degree. In fact, according to a study by Harvard Business School, 67% of production supervisor roles require a college degree, yet only 16% of those currently employed in those roles have one. This illustrates the widening gap between degree requirements and the actual skills needed for many jobs. Additionally, many industries now favor outsourcing and automation, reducing the number of available positions for graduates, further eroding the labor market. With the increasing emphasis on higher education, one would expect the labor market to reward those with degrees. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Over 50% of recent graduates find themselves underemployed—working in jobs that don’t require a degree—while 39% of hiring managers admit they avoid hiring recent grads despite their qualifications. This begs the question: Is college still the gateway to the American Dream? For many, the answer is no. While a college education may open doors for some, it often leaves graduates saddled with overwhelming student debt and without the skills necessary to thrive in today’s evolving labor market. Worse still, many graduates find themselves competing for jobs that are either highly specialized or low-paying, leaving them ghosted by the very system that once promised them stability. The growing disparity between the number of college graduates and the actual demand for degree-holders in the workforce has increasingly shifted attention toward *trade careers*. Many are now asking, *do trade careers offer higher earning potential than traditional, degree-based jobs*? The answer might be more complex than anticipated. Skilled trades, such as electricians, plumbers, and mechanics, frequently offer competitive wages and high earning potential—often without the financial burden associated with student loans. In contrast to the escalating costs of higher education, trade programs offer hands-on training, typically at a fraction of the price. As a result, skilled tradespeople can often enter the workforce sooner and begin earning substantial middle-class incomes. Furthermore, many trade careers present clear pathways for advancement, allowing for increased earnings and job stability. With growing demand for skilled labor in sectors like construction, automotive services, and electrical work, these fields offer strong prospects, making them an appealing alternative to traditional college degrees in today’s competitive labor market. While a college degree still holds value in certain sectors, the broader job market suggests that its importance may be waning. The pressure to earn a degree, coupled with the rising cost of higher education, has created an unsustainable system. As more students face underemployment, ballooning debt, and an increasingly competitive job market, it's time to reassess whether college is the right path for everyone.

In a nation of 335 million people, where everybody’s got access to the Internet, it’s not actually difficult to find an audience of several hundred people who are into whatever kink or fetish you’re peddling, so that “Apollo Moon” could probably collect a few thousand a month as a “trans male porn performer.” The idea that this made her an “enterpreneur” who should be featured in a panel discussion at a public university — well, why not just go down to the nearest truck stop and find some “lot lizards” to tell your students about enterpreneurship?

R.I.P., Apollo Moon, who died last week at age 26, probably by suicide, according to Andy Ngo. “Apollo”/Harader had recently decided to quit “his”/her career as a porn performer, and had a lot of social-media posts about “his”/her personal problems, as @TTExulansic exposed at length.

 Crystal Mangum, the former stripper who shocked the nation in 2006 with accusations that the white members of the Duke University Lacrosse team had raped her, is finally admitting that she lied about the case.

The startling admission came in a jailhouse interview on the podcast Let’s Talk with Kat, during which Magnum admitted to the deception, Fox News reported.

“I testified falsely against them by saying that they raped me when they didn’t, and that was wrong, and I betrayed the trust of a lot of other people who believed in me,” Mangum explained. “[I] made up a story that wasn’t true because I wanted validation from people and not from God.”

 The left-wing Labour Party government announced it will uphold a ban on prescribing puberty blocking drugs to children, following warnings of “unacceptable” risks from the medical community in Britain.

In a significant blow to the transgenderism movement, puberty blockers will remain outlawed in the United Kingdom indefinitely, Health Secretary Wes Streeting said Tuesday.

Report: Syrian Rebels Execute Opponents, Impose Sharia, Threaten Kurds

 Syrian rebels who overthrew the dictatorship of Bashar al-Assad on Sunday are reportedly executing their opponents, imposing Islamic sharia law, and threatening non-Muslim minorities, including the Kurdish population in the north.

Videos are circulating on social media showing Syrian rebels killing people associated with the regime — some of whom may have been part of the state security services, and others who appear to have been ordinary employees.

 Why did the regime of Bashar al-Assad Assad in Syria fall?

The rebel offensive came at a moment of relative weakness for three of Syria’s most important supporters. Iran’s ability to help has been curtailed by its conflict with Israel; Russia’s military has been sapped by its invasion of Ukraine; and Hezbollah, which had previously supplied fighters to aid the Assad government’s fight against the Islamic State, has been battered badly by its own war with Israel.

By pulling out of Syria all of its civilian and military personnel (including two generals who escaped to Iraq just in time to avoid capture or worse), Iran demonstrated to Assad that Iran not be aiding him to remain in power. The wretched performance of the Syrian army in city after city did not instill confidence in others — Iran and Russia — that any help they might have given would be enough. And neither country, even if it had had some residual faith in the Syrian Army, was in a condition to provide such help if it wanted to. Russia had done some minor bombing in Aleppo, but most of its planes in Syria were sent back months ago to help in the war against Ukraine. And Russia could not spare any soldiers to fight on the ground in Syria. Moscow has severe recruitment problems — many young Russians subject to the draft have left the country — and has had to hire at least 12,000 North Korean soldiers as an emergency measure.

Nor was Iran in a position to help out Assad. It has been weakened by recent Israeli attacks that destroyed many of its anti-missile defense systems, reduced to rubble its ballistic missile plants, and devastated as well a secret nuclear research facility at Parchin. Right now Tehran has to wonder whether, and when, Israel will launch an attack on its nuclear program. Rafael Grossi, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), has just announced on December 7 that Iran is “dramatically” accelerating its enrichment of uranium to up to 60% purity, close to the roughly 90% level that is weapons grade. Israel must now be factoring that unsettling news into its own calculations — perhaps it cannot wait until Trump assumes office, but will have to act against Iran’s nuclear program now. And the Iranians, of course, are wondering whether Israel will be prompted to unleash such an attack. In such a threatening environment, Iran was not about to send its own men and weapons to help out Assad’s failing army.

And then there is Hezbollah. In the last few months, Israel has devastated the Lebanese Shi’a group. It has killed 4,000 of its fighters and wounded, by means of the “exploding pagers” and “exploding walkie-talkies,” several thousand more so severely that they can no longer fight. The IDF has decapitated the entire leadership of Hezbollah, including its leader Hassan Nasrallah and his successor Hashem Safieddine. It has killed both the commander and the deputy commander of the Radwan Force, Hezbollah’s most elite unit. It has killed dozens of Hezbollah commanders. It has confiscated 155,000 weapons. It has reduced Hezbollah’s arsenal of weapons to 20% of what it possessed before the war. In short, Hezbollah was in no condition to do more than send a handful of soldiers to Homs to act as what Hezbollah described as “supervising forces” — presumably to advise, and direct, the Syrian soldiers who were in the city but rudderless. Obviously they were ineffective; Homs fell within a day or two, just like Aleppo, Hama, Daraa, and now Damascus. It will be fascinating to see what the Sunni jihadis do to any Hezbollah troops they capture.
