Feminism is Imploding

It seems like just yesterday that Euphoria actress Sydney Sweeney – who embodies, literally, the traditionally feminine ideal of beauty that drives anti-beauty feminists into a frothing, jealous rage – sparked controversy over her American Eagle ad which facetiously proclaimed that she has “great jeans.”

Now she is facing Left-wing backlash for another teasingly sexualized ad campaign, this time for sports trading app Novig, which launched last month. In the provocative 60-second video spot for Novig, a strategically-covered nude Sweeney poses with various sports balls and gear like football shoulder pads, playfully noting that Novig is all about “just sports.” “No betting on wars or deaths, and no politics,” she adds. “Just you, your takes, and sports.”

UNC cuts Fudan study-abroad program after Chinese university flagged as national security risk

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ended a study-abroad program with China’s Fudan University after its internal screening system flagged the institution’s placement on a federal list of foreign entities that pose national security risks.

UNC canceled the program Aug. 12 “out of an abundance of caution,” Chancellor Lee Roberts wrote in an Aug. 26 letter to Assistant Secretary of War for Science and Technology Joseph S. Jewell. The Department of War’s Section 1286 list identifies foreign institutions that the federal government says engage in activities threatening U.S. national security interests.

Fudan appears on the current list. The department states that the list is designed to prevent unwanted foreign influence over taxpayer-funded research and protect American research from foreign exploitation. Beginning in fiscal year 2026, federal funds cannot support fundamental research involving institutions on the list.

Leftist Leaders in Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland Vow to Break Up UK, Rejoin EU

The First Ministers of Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales put on a united front on Monday, vowing to — at least eventually — break up the UK on the basis of national “self-determination” while simultaneously promising to bring their populations back under the yoke of the globalist European Union.

Putting on the veneer of nationalists, the left-wing leaders of Plaid Cymru, Sinn Féin, and the Scottish National Party (SNP) gathered in Cardiff Bay on Monday to declare the right of their constituent countries “to determine its own future, through democratic means and in accordance with the wishes of its people.”

College degree loses ground as Americans without diplomas see one of best job markets in decades

For years, earning a college degree was widely viewed as a reliable way to get a leg up in the job market.

New labor data suggest that advantage may be getting smaller, at least for young workers. Americans ages 22 to 34 without college degrees are experiencing some of their lowest unemployment levels in two decades, a Burning Glass Institute analysis reported by The Wall Street Journal found.

Young college graduates, meanwhile, are having one of their roughest stretches over the same period. College-educated workers in that age group have only faced worse unemployment relative to their own history during the COVID-19 pandemic and the slow recovery from the 2007-09 recession.

Farage Warns Britain Is on Brink of ‘Serious Civil Disturbance’ over Migrant Crisis

In the wake of the impromptu protest in Portsmouth on Sunday evening, which saw hundreds of Britons attempt to block illegal migrants from being brought into the country, Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has urged the government to act swiftly to stop the boats or face the prospect of a “serious civil disturbance”.

In a potentially significant escalation of the migrant crisis in the English Channel, around 140 illegals crammed into a single rubber dinghy set sail from the French coast to the southern coastal city of Portsmouth. This came in contrast to nearly all illegal arrivals in recent years, which have been directed by the British Border Force to the Port of Dover.

Church of England facing backlash over multi-year nightclub contract to host raves at St. Paul’s Cathedral

The Church of England is facing criticism after St. Paul’s Cathedral in London signed a multi-year agreement to host concerts inside the building with Fabric, a nightclub that lost its license in 2016 after two drug-related deaths.

The arrangement gives Fabric sole rights to stage concerts at the cathedral through 2030, the BBC reported. The first show is scheduled for Oct. 29, though organizers haven't named the performer.

Cameron Leslie, one of Fabric’s co-founders, summed up the arrangement as “an extraordinary and unexpected coming together of two very different parts of London.” He was quoted as saying that the club has long aimed to unite audiences through music, and that this booking felt fitting for such an unusual venue.

Sandra Lynes Timbrell, director of visitor engagement at the cathedral, reportedly said the goal is to help people “discover and engage with this historic building in new and exciting ways,” and that a “carefully curated program of exceptional concerts” should draw first-time visitors.

Organizers said the booked musicians come from varied backgrounds and were chosen because their sound fits the cathedral’s acoustics and architectural setting.

St. Paul's has hosted concerts before, including a 2023 performance by musician RY X and a 2024 show by singer Patti Smith, according to St. Paul's Cathedral's press release.

The Democrats’ War on Children: A Systematic Assault On Innocence, Family, And The Future Of America

From the moment a child is conceived, Democrats and their leftist allies have declared open season. They abort the unborn by the hundreds of thousands. They sexualize toddlers in kindergarten classrooms. They hide secret “gender transitions” from parents while pushing puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and irreversible surgeries on confused minors. They flood the country with unaccompanied migrant children who are then trafficked into labor and sexual exploitation.
They inject race hatred via Critical Race Theory into every subject, including math. And when parents dare object, they brand them domestic terrorists and sic the FBI on them. This is not hyperbole. This is the documented record.

Robby Starbuck’s documentary The War on Children lays it bare: whistleblowers, survivors of childhood medical mutilation, trafficking victims, corporate executives, and figures like Sen. Rand Paul, Riley Gaines, and the creator of Libs of TikTok expose the coordinated campaign to seize control of the next generation’s minds and bodies. Elon Musk called it “worth watching, especially for parents.” Donald Trump Jr. said every parent needs to see it.

The film was initially banned from platforms for the crime of telling the truth; Amazon later quietly restored it as the cultural tide turned. My exhaustive documentation on Substack frames it correctly: from the womb to adulthood, the left’s war is comprehensive, evil, and existential.

Abortion First: The Body Count Starts in the Womb Democrats treat the unborn as disposable. Even after Dobbs, blue states ramp up late-term abortions and shield providers. They push abortion access for minors without parental notification. The same party that lectures about “bodily autonomy” denies it to the most vulnerable humans. The body count is not abstract—it is the first front in a war that continues after birth.

Why won't Democrats repudiate trans madness?

The Trans Superiority Narrative—TSN--is widely unpopular and is failing across the country. Yet Democrats and their DSA rulers continue to loudly and abrasively support it.

The second Trump Administration has had great success in forcing the medical profession to abandon chemical and surgical mutilation of children, though several notable multi-million-dollar civil verdicts against doctors and hospitals have helped convince the owners and physicians at leftist hospitals to abandon a formerly lucrative “service” to mentally ill children and their equally handicapped parents. Still, Normal Americans often can’t fathom why Democrats embrace such a destructive, evil ideology with such pseudo-religious fervor.

Andrew Tate and progressive culture both get masculinity wrong. The third way.

While the WNBA struggles to define the word woman, politicians can’t figure out masculinity. The campaign ad “Man Enough” failed to guilt men into voting for President Kamala Harris. Even “White Dudes for Harris” couldn’t stop Donald Trump from returning to the Oval Office with 55% of the male vote. As both major parties now battle for the midterms, their manhood playing cards are on the table.

James Talarico is a seminarian candidate for Senate in Texas, complete with a 50’s-style haircut. Despite his choirboy exterior, he believes “God is non-binary.” His love of “trans children” is second only to family. With ads of eating barbecued meat and driving a pickup truck, Talaico is trying to put political hair on his chest by appealing to masculine traditions in the Lone Star State. Graham Platner looked the part in Maine, but his gruff exterior couldn’t hide a steady stream of female abuse scandals.

The “manosphere” of the political right isn’t much better. Andrew and Tristan Tate built a following among young men who are tired of the emasculating politics from the Left. These youth know the culture is stigmatizing their male potential. Unfortunately, the Tate brothers replace political victimhood with brutish vanity. This isn’t the kind of “masculinity” young men need.

While drag shows and pride parades destroy male virtue, Atilla the Hun isn’t the solution. Neither respects women. Must we choose between two harmful models? Perhaps we've lost a better third way: the biblical standard. It’s not a compromise or a middle ground; it’s everything missing from the other two. Let’s consider three characteristics of biblical masculinity.

WNBA says security was wrong for telling fans to cover shirts opposing men in women's sports

The WNBA and one of its teams say security officials were wrong to tell fans to cover their shirts expressing opposition to trans-identified men competing in women's sports.

In a video posted on X Sunday, YouTube personality Adam Francisco spoke with a mother and daughter who were attending a WNBA game between the Atlanta Dream and the Indiana Fever.

"We were made to cover up our XX-XY shirts at this game," the mother said. XX-XY Athletics is an apparel company known for its outspoken opposition to trans-identified male athletes competing in women's sports.

"They gave us T-shirts during overtime and told us we had to leave or cover our shirts," the mother added. Both the Atlanta Dream and the WNBA released statements weighing in on the controversy following backlash.

"The Atlanta Dream believes in creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.  Unfortunately, at last night's game, WNBA security took actions that fell short of that standard.  At no point was Dream personnel involved in the decisions made by WNBA security," the team stated in a message posted on social media Monday.

The Atlanta Dream's PR account also shared a statement from the WNBA, which acknowledged that "The WNBA is aware of interactions at last night's game in Atlanta in which fans were asked by league security to cover their shirts" while insisting that "This should not have happened."

The mother-daughter duo said they paid $1,000 for their seats to show support for Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham.

Chinese Communist Party-backed exchange program is infiltrating American schools, report warns

China is influencing American K-12 classrooms and universities to shape how Americans view the country, according to a report by the watchdog group Defending Education.

Defending Education released its report "Little Red Classrooms" Thursday, stating that at least 83 universities and 26 K-12 schools across 30 states have participated in China's Young Envoys Scholarship (YES) program.

The YES program is run by the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), which facilitates study abroad opportunities for American youth “to deepen and expand cross-cultural understanding among countries.”

“These aren’t just cultural trips," Reagan Dugan, director of the education initiative at Defending Education, told The Christian Post. "They’re an integral part of China’s broader soft power strategy aimed at infiltrating America’s classrooms."

According to the report, CEAIE states on its Chinese website that it is guided by “Marxism-Leninism” and "Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism" and must “always adhere to the leadership of the Party and integrate the Party’s work into the entire process of the association’s operation and development.”

Dugan noted that federal pressure resulted in the closure of Confucius Institutes “after Congress saw what they were.”

The devil’s socialists: Karl Marx and the DSA

I’ve been patiently waiting for sensibility to prevail in the current wave of elections that has bubbled to the top avowed communists who openly reveal their anti-America agenda. “Surely this will be the last one,” I think. But the wave continues, most recently with the crowning of Abdul El-Sayed, who won the Democratic nomination for the U.S. Senate in Michigan by racking up impressive margins in progressive pockets and university settings (shocking!)

Heck, even Francesca Hong, the openly democratic socialist candidate for governor in Wisconsin, who campaigned on public grocery stores and a 17% state income tax, just narrowly lost, by about 4,000 ballots, to Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley. Thankfully, Thanksgiving came early this year to Wisconsin (ha, get it, Francesca?) But that’s too close for comfort.

Former SPLC employee charged with fraud in paid informant investigation

A former employee of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has been charged with fraud as part of a broader investigation into the far-left civil rights organization by the U.S. Department of Justice.

The DOJ announced Wednesday that a federal grand jury in Montgomery, Alabama, has returned a second superseding indictment regarding fraud charges against the SPLC, which included adding a defendant. In April, the grand jury indicted the SPLC on 11 counts that included wire fraud, making false statements to a federally insured bank and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

The new defendant was identified as Heidi L. Beirich, a 59-year-old resident of Palm Springs, California, who formerly worked at the SPLC. She is being charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to submit false statements to a federally insured bank.

According to this second superseding indictment, from 2007 to 2023, over $4 million in funds donated to the SPLC were secretly sent to persons associated with assorted violent extremist groups.

After the second indictment was unsealed on Tuesday, Beirich was served with an arrest warrant on Wednesday morning in the Central District of California.

“I believe she was part of the effort to open bank accounts in completely fictitious companies’ names and make payments to individuals for reasons that were not accurate as described,” Attorney General Todd Blanche said at a news conference Wednesday.

“This is exactly what we said would happen in a case like this, which is that our investigators and the US attorneys and the agents working the case will can keep on working it even after the initial indictment.”

Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Montgomery, the SPLC rose to prominence for its legal efforts against the Ku Klux Klan and tracking of white supremacist hate groups.

The SPLC has garnered controversy in recent years for its listing of several conservative Christian organizations as hate groups over their opposition to the LGBT movement. The man convicted of a 2102 shooting at the Family Research Council office in Washington, D.C., cited the SPLC's online resources in helping identify his target.

The April indictment alleged that the SPLC, without the knowledge or consent of their donors, sent donations “to fund the leaders and organizers of racist groups, including the Ku Klux Klan, the Aryan Nation, and the National Alliance.”

WNBA breaks silence on gender eligibility as debate over men in women's sports intensifies

The WNBA has said there are "no immediate eligibility matters" impacting the league and denounced “bad-faith efforts” in the ongoing debate about trans-identified males competing in women’s sports following a league-wide meeting held after two former NBA players declared their eligibility.

Team presidents and general managers met on Wednesday and discussed various topics, including how the women's league will handle issues related to gender, race, player safety and politics.

WNBA task force to convene after former NBA players declare eligibility for women's league

The WNBA is set to discuss its eligibility requirements after two former NBA players declared themselves eligible for the WNBA draft, saying they are doing so in compliance with the league rules.

On Friday, in a memo first reported by ESPN and The Associated Press, WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert said a task force of team presidents and general managers will discuss the topic of transgender-identified players at a previously scheduled meeting.

“I know many of you have received questions in recent weeks regarding transgender athlete participation in women's basketball, and I expect this topic will continue to receive significant attention,” the memo reportedly stated. “I wanted to reach out to share how we are approaching these conversations at the league office and to thank those of you who have responded to questions from the media with thoughtfulness and professionalism.”

It’s unclear whether the memo went out in response to the announcement by former Boston Celtics center Enes Kanter declaring himself as a “WNBA prospect” after reviewing the all-female league’s current eligibility guidelines. A similar announcement was made by former Utah Jazz forward and U.S. Senate nominee Royce White.

Listening sessions will be held for team executives.
